GenAI Functional Analyst

Description

Seeking a GenAI Functional Analyst with robust technical skills to join a multidisciplinary Agile organization. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between business profiles and technical profiles within the Automation Squad, focusing on (Gen)AI topics. As a functional analyst, you will analyze and translate requirements and processes into clear specifications, proposing efficient end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs. By employing an iterative and adaptable approach, you will challenge requirements and specifications, ensuring quick time to market and immediate value creation through a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) methodology.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Propose end-to-end solutions in team settings that meet customer needs.
• Ensure cost efficiency in implementations.
• Collaborate with team members to drive adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an analyst on implementations of GenAI changes within a corporate organization.
• Proven experience with Generative AI technologies and applications, such as Azure AI and AWS.
• Strong functional knowledge of AI.
• Proficiency in AWS.
• Trilingual proficiency in English, French, and Dutch (with flexibility in either French or Dutch).
• Experience in the Belgian energy sector.
• Proficient in Python scripting.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Agile project management.
• Knowledge of IT service management.
