About TemperPack

TemperPack is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, with additional manufacturing facilities in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Lansing, Michigan. Founded in 2015, we design and manufacture innovative sustainable packaging solutions for cold chain shipping across food and beverage, life sciences, pet and vet, and wine as well as protective packaging for all industries. Our plant-based products give customers high-performance alternatives to EPS foam and single-use plastics, developed and proven in Proving Ground, our ISTA®-certified thermal transport lab, and manufactured at three ISO 9001:2015-certified facilities.

In 2026, we became a Certified B Corporation™, joining a global community of companies independently verified to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. This certification reflects our mission to build packaging solutions that customers and end consumers feel great about using. If that mission resonates, we'd love to have you on our team.
