German-speaking Customer Support & Sales Agent – Athens, Greece
An on-site opportunity in Athens for German speakers with a background or interest in customer service, technical support and sales. You will help customers with internet, TV, mobile services, billing and orders while identifying opportunities for renewals, cross-selling and upselling.
Key details
- Athens, Greece – On-site
- €1,300 gross/month
- Rotating shifts between 08:00–00:00
- Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends
- Sales bonus: up to €900 gross/quarter
- Productivity bonus: up to €240
- Transport bonus: up to €100/month
- German: C1/native level
- English: B2
- Customer/technical support experience preferred
- Sales experience required for specific sales roles
- Initial contract: 8 months
