Are you a candidate with owner-operator experience in manufacturing seeking engagement on a contract, project-by-project basis? Becht provides a combination of packaged solutions and day-to-day support very similar to owner-operator Central Engineering Organizations. In fact, we have many ongoing relationships with our clients where we serve as a third-party Central Engineering Organization.

This contingent position is for a degreed engineer with expertise in any of the following areas:

• Capital Projects
• Corrosion, Materials & Integrity
• Energy Transition (energy efficiency, biofuels, hydrogen, CO2 capture, renewable energies)
• Engineering Standards
• Fixed Equipment
• Heavy Lift
• Human Performance
• Instrumentation/Control
• Maintenance
• Process Safety
• Process Technology
• Reliability
• Rotating Equipment
• Supply Chain & Logistics
• Turnaround

Projects can involve a mix of remote and onsite work depending on client needs. Candidates can always decline work opportunities should the particular assignment not align with skill set, interest or schedule.

Becht frequently combines expertise in multi-discipline teams to support resolution of client issues. Our clients typically engage Becht for root cause failure analysis, troubleshooting, design & cold eye reviews, unit commissioning and other support services. Your Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail
• Deep subject matter expertise in a given field of industry listed above
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• An ideal candidate would be a friendly person who exercises good judgment and can communicate with all levels of staff
