Twój zakres obowiązków

• Execute the full procurement process, including suppliers sourcing, negotiations, suppliers management for raw materials category
• Develop and implement category strategy for raw materials category based on market analysis and cost structure
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain
• Conduct global market search to monitor trends, costs dynamic and cost savings opportunities
• Cooperation with internal stakeholders to define the needs and priorities of the category
• New contracts and oversee contracts renewals to ensure compliance with group policies and legal requirements
• Preparing purchasing recommendations based on financial and operational data
• Initiate and implement cost-saving projects within the relevant category
• Active participation in the NPD process

Nasze wymagania

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on global sourcing, supplier management and contract negotiations
• Negotiation skills
• Experience in managing the liquids/raw materials category
• Fluency in written and spoken English due to international cooperation (min. B2 level)
• Ability to analyze costs and prices to develop the best procurement strategies while identifying and minimizing risk
• Knowledge of current market trends, supplier capabilities and new products and technologies
• Ability to plan and manage procurement projects to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Flexibility and ability to handle stressful situations
• Very good communication skills and strong internal stakeholder orientation
• Degree in economics, business management, logistics, supply chain management or related field
