GTM Engineer - Data Platform

You will own the GTM data platform, including the org map, people graph, identity resolution, enrichment, CRM schemas, and data models. You will build pipelines and reporting, implement business rules, maintain reverse ETL workflows, and improve data quality, testing, deployments, backups, and system health.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an org map and people graph
• Own identity resolution, enrichment, and CRM schemas
• Build GTM data models in Snowflake and dbt
• Define and implement metrics, data models, and business rules for GTM operations
• Build reporting, forecasts, account signals, and reverse ETL pipelines
• Own data quality and system health
• Build development, testing, deployment, backup, and AI-agent tooling

Requirements

• SQL fluency
• Python proficiency
• Experience using AI coding tools and agents
• Experience building data models and production pipelines with Snowflake, dbt, Modal, or Hex
• Experience with CRM architecture, integrations, and revenue or marketing operations
• Understanding of leads, accounts, opportunities, and revenue workflows
• Experience testing, documenting, and monitoring systems
