We are looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee operations and ensure exceptional quality and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of QA/QC, coffee preparation standards, and quality control
- Experience in R&D and developing beverages based on market trends
- Strong understanding of cost control and inventory management
- Ability to oversee daily operations across multiple branches
- Experience conducting operational and quality audits
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Adaptable, professional, and passionate about coffee
