What we’re looking for
Experience as a Head Chef, or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up.
A genuine passion for great food and delivering consistently high standards.
The ability to lead, motivate and develop a kitchen team.
Strong organisation and the confidence to manage a busy service.
An understanding of food costs, stock control, labour management and kitchen profitability.
A proactive approach to food safety, hygiene and continuous improvement.
Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, ambition and a genuine love for hospitality.
