- To ensure the coffee bar rivals High Street competitors in terms of offer and service
- Incorporate bm concepts in the coffee bar and display in line with 6 key principles
- Achieve all Health & Safety requirements as directed.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to every customer
Key outputs
- Prepare hot beverages to the required standards
- Ensure suitable food items are available and rotated throughout the day
- Ensure the coffee bar is clean, tidy and well stocked at all times
- Organise time and systems to ensure a consistently high standard of service
- Manage any queue to ensure everyone is engaged at all times the service experience
- Comply with appropriate due diligence/stock rotation procedures
- Follow procedures and instructions
Qualifications
- Food Safety Level 2 certificate
- Health and Safety level 2 certificate
- Skillsoft modules completed including COSHH
- Perkee Barista Level 2 certificate
- SCAE Entry Level
- Skills/Knowledge
- Barista trained
- Merchandising skills
- Trained on till usage
- Allergy awareness
- Experience 2 years in a service environment dealing with customers (preferable)
