In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our innovative product to market. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI technology and make a significant impact in an early-stage startup environment. ## Responsibilities - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agentic Solutions. - Lead and scale engineering teams to deliver high-quality AI products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. - Tackle complex technical challenges with creativity and efficiency. - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team. - Mentor and coach junior and senior engineers to develop their skills and careers. ## Qualifications - **Experience**: - 12+ years of experience in software development. - At least 3+ years in leadership roles. - Proven experience in leading and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. - **Technical Expertise**: - Strong command of **Python** or **Java** and related frameworks. - In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API design. - **Leadership Skills**: - Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. - Strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop junior and senior engineers alike. - **Problem-Solving**: - Ability to tackle complex technical challenges with creativity and efficiency. - Strong focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability. - **Communication**: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. - **Agility**: - Comfortable working in a startup or fast-growing environment with evolving priorities and challenges. ## Preferred Skills - Experience in a startup or scaling organization. - Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI/ML. - Expertise in data engineering, analytics, or large-scale system design. - Familiarity with agile and lean development practices. ## Experience - Minimum of **12 years** of experience in software development, with a focus on leadership roles for at least **3 years**. ## Environment - The role is **full-time** and requires immediate availability.
