Head of Finance Norway

About the role

As a key member of the Norwegian Leadership Team, you will drive financial performance, profitability and strategic decision-making across the business. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, governance and controls, while providing financial leadership and business partnering across Franchise, McOpCo, Supply Chain, IT and Real Estate. Working closely with franchisees and key stakeholders, as well as McDonald’s Corporation and Food Folk Group, you will support investment decisions, portfolio development and the execution of the franchising strategy, while leading and developing the finance team. The role reports to Group CFO at Food Folk.

Qualifications

We are looking for a commercially minded and strategic finance leader with strong business partnering skills, a decisive and solutions-oriented approach and a collaborative leadership style. You combine strong analytical capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive performance and develop people.

• Several years of relevant finance experience, including senior finance leadership or business partnering
• Strong commercial finance and accounting expertise, with a solid understanding of financial governance, risk and internal controls
• Proven leadership, project management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, reporting and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Norwegian is an advantage.
• High integrity, strong accountability and a genuine interest in developing others
