About the role
We are looking for a Head of HR to lead our people strategy across the United Kingdom.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute HR strategy
- Lead talent acquisition, development and retention
- Drive culture and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law
- Partner with leadership on organisational design
- Oversee compensation and benefits
What we're looking for
Essential
- 10+ years of HR experience, including leadership
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Based in the United Kingdom
- Strategic and operational HR expertise
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-growing or multi-site organisations
- Change management experience
