Head of Tokenization

You will lead the specification, high-level design, and delivery of a tokenized securities venue platform and its integration. You will direct technical product management and engineering, shape requirements with design and ecosystem partners, guide build-buy-partner decisions, and own go-to-market strategy and product-line P&L. You will also work with legal and compliance on regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the specification, high-level design, delivery, and integration of a tokenized securities venue platform
• Define market structure, liquidity, clearing and settlement, integrations, identity, KYC/AML, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Direct technical product management and engineering delivery across dedicated and cross-team resources
• Develop relationships with design and ecosystem partners to shape product requirements
• Drive build-buy-partner decisions
• Develop go-to-market strategy, materials, and marketing with Revenue
• Own product-line P&L
• Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions

Requirements

• At least 15 years of professional experience
• Experience leading complex capital-markets technology projects at banks, brokerages, asset managers, fintechs, or FMIs
• Track record of product ownership with internal and external stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of capital markets, including trading, financing, risk management, trading controls, clearing, and settlement
• Experience developing crypto or tokenized-asset trading, portfolio, clearing, and settlement products
• Knowledge of blockchain networks and DeFi
• Cross-functional and cross-product collaboration experience
