Healthcare Construction Superintendent (Traveling)

- Oversee day-to-day site supervision of hospital renovation and expansion phases within an active medical center.
- Maintain strict infection-control and interim life-safety procedures in patient-occupied areas.
- Coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors in phasing-sensitive environments.
- Manage logistics, safety walks, and quality control from mobilization to final turnover.
- Communicate with hospital administration, architects, and project management on progress and impacts.
- Deliver the project on time, within budget, and in compliance with all healthcare codes and regulations.
