WHO WE’RE SEEKING:

We’re seeking a hardworking, dependable individual who will embody the heart and soul of the Fort Worth Stockyards and support our commitment to exceptional service and guest care. This person is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and appearance of back-of-house areas in the hotel while also supporting the housekeeping team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist housekeeping team by delivering linens, amenities, and supplies to guest floors and closets.

· Remove used linens, garbage, and recycling from housekeeping carts and guest areas promptly.

· Stock housekeeping closets and ensure storage rooms are clean, organized, and fully supplied.

· Respond quickly and courteously to guest and staff requests for items such as towels, pillows, or rollaway beds.

· Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks including carpet shampooing, polishing, and window washing.

· Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or unusual room conditions to the appropriate departments.

· Adhere to all hotel and safety standards, using proper personal protective equipment when necessary.

· Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

· Maintain cleanliness of service elevators and team member areas as needed.

· Ensure workspaces and equipment are cleaned and maintained at the end of each shift.
