HR ADMINISTRATOR FOR SUCCESSFACTORS

Join us as an HR Administrator for SAP Analytics Cloud and SuccessFactors. You do not need to be a SAP expert to apply. Having some experience with people processes in general, in compensation or system support, we would love to hear from you. Position Overview & Purpose:

As an HR Administrator for our people systems, you will help HR teams use SAP Analytics Cloud (our PayCost Tool) and SAP SuccessFactors effectively. You will support headcount and pay cost planning, help keep our systems accurate and user-friendly, and contribute to improvements across selected SuccessFactors modules. Working closely with business owners, HR and IT colleagues, you will build practical knowledge of the systems and the HR processes behind them, taking on more complex tasks as your confidence and skills develop.

What you will deliver (Key Deliverables & Responsibilities):

• Build your system knowledge through hands-on work, learning how to support changes to configuration, permissions, workflows and notifications.
• Help maintain a consistent system design across AEI and work with colleagues to understand and document any justified local differences.
• Support the implementation of new requirements, learning how requests are assessed and delivered through our demand process.
• Help review and test half-yearly system updates, working with IT and HR colleagues to plan which new features to enable.
• Keep system configuration documentation (workbooks) clear and up to date as you learn how the systems are set up.
• Provide hands-on support during headcount and pay cost planning cycles in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Support local Compensation and Benefits (C&B) teams, update the HR knowledge base and contribute to user training as your knowledge grows.
• Help users with SAP Analytics Cloud and SuccessFactors questions and service desk tickets, working with our HR digital team, Accenture and SAP to resolve issues.
• Continue developing your SAP Analytics Cloud and SuccessFactors knowledge and work towards relevant accreditation as you grow in the role.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Curiosity about HR technology and a genuine motivation to learn SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors.
• An interest in working with systems and data. Previous exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud, as a user or administrator, is a welcomed bonus
• An appetite to learn SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation/Variable Pay. Familiarity with these or other HR systems is welcome
• We welcome early-career applicants with experience from HR administration, compensation, data analysis, or system support
• Previous experience or an interest in understanding HR compensation processes and how employee data is structured and used.
• A logical, analytical approach, attention to detail and a willingness to investigate problems and ask questions.
• A helpful, collaborative approach and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and system users.
• Proficiency in English.
