HR Operations & Payroll Specialist

Your responsibilities

• We are looking for an independent HR Operations & Payroll Specialist with strong hands-on payroll experience. The role will combine payroll responsibilities with day-to-day HR operations and B2B administration.
• Preparing and validating payroll input and reviewing payroll calculations,
• Managing payroll-related topics including PIT, ZUS, PPK, benefits, absences, corrections and non-standard cases,
• Cooperating with an external payroll provider,
• Managing day-to-day HR administration and employee documentation,
• Supporting B2B contractors, including documentation, changes and settlements,
• Preparing payroll and HR reports,
• Cooperating with HR, Finance, Accounting and Controlling,

Our requirements

• Working model: On-site during the probation period, followed by hybrid work with 2 days of home office per week,
• 3 -8 years of experience in HR & Payroll,
• Strong practical payroll knowledge and ability to review payroll calculations independently,
• Good knowledge of Polish labour law, PIT, ZUS and PPK regulations,
• Experience in HR administration,
• B2B administration experience would be an advantage,
• Good Excel skills,
• Experience with HR and payroll systems is a plus,
• English at minimum B2 level, communicating in English with international colleagues and external providers,
• Independence, accuracy and ownership of assigned processes.
