HR Recruiter

Role Details:
- Role: HR Recruiter.
- Work mode: 100% Remote.
- Shift: Night Shift (US time zone).
- Type: Full-time.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, DMs, and referrals.
- Screening resumes and running initial calls with US and India-based candidates.
- Scheduling interviews and keeping candidates updated at every step.
- Maintaining candidate records and sharing hiring updates with the team.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruitment (healthcare hiring is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Confident, professional, and organized.
- Comfortable with night shifts and remote work.
