  • 5–7+ years of relevant engineering experience in HVAC, refrigeration, thermal management, process cooling, liquid cooling, or similar equipment design.
  • Demonstrated experience designing cooling or refrigeration equipment.
  • Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and refrigeration cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with prototype development, laboratory testing, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with two-phase refrigeration, pumped refrigerant loops, heat exchangers, or phase-change cooling.
  • Exposure to data center cooling, direct-to-chip cooling, or high-density electronics thermal management.
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.
  • Familiarity with ASHRAE standards, CFD, FEA, thermal modeling, or data-acquisition systems.
  • Experience taking products from early design through prototype validation and manufacturing release.

Why Join Munters?
