One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is opening a new location in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and we're looking for experienced, motivated HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and comprehensive system inspections.
- Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Clearly communicate technical findings and service options to customers
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous successful experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair HVAC equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- EPA Section 608 Certification.
- NATE Certification.
- Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and HVAC controls.
