Support customers with non-technical troubleshooting and questions relating to digital products and services through phone, chat and email.
Key details: Sofia, office-based | €1,945 gross/month | Icelandic + English | 11:30–20:00, Monday–Sunday | 3 weeks training | Relocation support available | Starts: 11 September or 16 October.
WFO = on-site position
Important for all Bulgaria vacancies: candidates must already have valid documents permitting them to work in Bulgaria.
