• Build outstanding relationships with patients, Espire team members and insurance providers.
• Work directly with practice business leaders, front office teams the business support center teams on a day to day basis to help drive growth and operational excellence.
• Be the day to day direct point of contact for practice leaders and insurance providers.
• Be an insurance expert; teach, train, and mentor front office teams at all levels.
• Manage Accounts Receivable for assigned offices
  • • Payment posting
    • Claim submission and resubmissions
    • Claim rejects, denials and appeals
