The Warren Hills Regional School District has the following position available for the 2026-2027 school year:

Interim Curriculum Supervisor

Anticipated – Math, Science, ELA

Warren Hills Regional School District is seeking an experienced, student-centered educational leader to serve as Interim Curriculum Supervisor.

The successful candidate will provide dynamic leadership in the development, implementation, and coordination of the district's curriculum, ensuring alignment with New Jersey State standards to foster student knowledge, core skills, and a foundation for lifelong learning. The Interim Curriculum Supervisor will work closely with the Superintendent, Chief Academic Officer and district administrative team throughout the transition period.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Supervisor Certificate
• Prior experience as a Supervisor preferred
• Proven track record of educational leadership and maintaining high student standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with teachers in planning and providing a comprehensive educational program.

Performance Responsibilities

• Lead 7-12 instructional programming to meet state standards and district goals.
• Review lesson plans and curriculum maps for timeliness, state compliance, and board approval.
• Direct the selection, assignment, scheduling, and formal evaluation of assigned teaching staff.
• Manage departmental budgets, procure supplies, and maintain an accurate equipment inventory.
• Partner with teachers on comprehensive educational plans and facilitate vertical/horizontal articulation.
• Coordinate staff development, attend workshops, and serve as an instructional resource to assigned staff.
• Promote school-community relations through updates and presentations while enforcing board policies.

Position Information

Position: Interim Curriculum Supervisor
Anticipated Start Date: On or before January 4, 2027
Duration: Until a permanent Curriculum Supervisor is appointed
Compensation: $525–$575 per day, commensurate with experience and qualifications
