Interior Designer

This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Experience in hotel interior design. Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience designing hotels. Experience exclusively in residential, office, retail, or shopping center projects will not be considered.
  

• Proven participation in hotel design projects, including FF&E. Candidates must demonstrate experience leading or contributing to hotel interior design and Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) development, clearly identifying their specific role and responsibilities in each project.
  

• Hotel design portfolio required. Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing completed or ongoing hotel interior design projects, including their contributions to design development and FF&E.
  

• Advanced Revit proficiency is mandatory. Revit must be the candidate's primary design and documentation tool, and they must provide work samples developed in Revit that clearly demonstrate their technical capabilities.
  

• 3–5+ years of professional interior design experience, including hotel design projects.
  

• Ability to create rendered elevations and floor plans for presentations using Adobe Photoshop.
  

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for interior documentation.
  

• Experience developing client-facing presentations using Adobe InDesign.
  

• Experience preparing FF&E specifications using DesignSpec or similar platforms.
  

• Familiarity with reviewing shop drawings and construction submittals.
  

• Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and productivity.
  

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team across different time zones.
  

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hotel interior design, including guest rooms, suites, lobbies, public areas, and other hotel spaces.
  

• Experience contributing to hotel design projects from concept development through construction documentation.
  

• Understanding of hotel FF&E selection, specifications, and coordination.
