Internal Sales Administrator

All aspects of the administration of customer Dental Practice Management Software (DPMS) and Digital Equipment (DE) sales order process from initial quote to conversion to order and transfer to Installations Team. To include but not limited to, consumable orders (placed via phone, email or Ecommerce site), spare parts, hardware, software licenses, Equipment and all associated services.

To ensure that all calls, quotes, liaison with customers and DPMS and DE Sales Account Managers are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.

Responsible for the creation of Customer DPMS Software & E Services Support Subscriptions and warranty/extended warranty contracts.

Responsible for the sales of Extended Warranty Contracts at the end of the standard warranty period. Identifying and developing potential sales opportunities and proactively calling prospective clients and providing quotes via email and letter.
