What This Role Is About
Purpose: Supporting a variety of operational tasks related to campaign execution and management.

Goal: Ensuring accuracy while contributing to the development and optimization of processes.

Your day-to-day work

• Support the sales team in managing existing and new PAYBACK partners
• Take on operational tasks related to the execution of marketing campaigns
• Assist with the operational implementation of marketing concepts and partner-specific campaigns
• Book and manage various PAYBACK marketing measures, such as newsletters and coupons

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
• You enjoy working independently, in a structured manner, and taking ownership of your tasks
• You are confident using MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• You are excited to work in a motivated, young, and dynamic team
• You have strong communication skills and excellent German language proficiency

Compensation

• Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
• Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
• Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
• Working student (Master): €20 / hour
