Inventory Training & QA Specialist - South Region

The Inventory Training and QA Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering training for inventory specialists, supporting the development of inventory processes, performing physical inventories, leading crews when necessary, and conducting quality assurance of counts during physical inventories.

What you would do:

• Develop and organize comprehensive orientation and training sessions for Inventory department team members. Monitor, evaluate, and document training activities to assess program effectiveness. Provide refresher courses and updates as needed or directed by Inventory Management.
• Support the creation, organization, and upkeep of comprehensive procedure manuals and guides. Facilitate the onboarding of new associates and ensure smooth integration of Inventory team members into updated inventory processes.
• Assist in organizing and conducting physical inventories for stores, including acquisitions and store closings. Ensure accurate and efficient inventory processes during these critical events.
• Step in to lead inventory crews when required, covering for open positions, team members on PTO/leave, or other business needs.
• Participate in store inventories conducted by internal teams or third-party services. Monitor the counting process and provide feedback to Team Leads and the Store Inventory Supervisor. Assist with inventory counting as needed.
• Oversee inventory counts conducted by Store Inventory Specialists, and third party services. Investigate discrepancies identified during physical inventories and report audit findings to the Store Inventory Leadership.
