Inżynier ds. sprzedaży technicznej

Scope of responsibilities:

We are looking for a person responsible for developing sales and building long-term customer relationships in the technical products industry. The main responsibilities will include:

• analyzing the market, assigned territory, and existing and potential customers,
• developing and implementing activities aimed at increasing sales,
• developing and optimizing the customer base,
• supporting and developing the distributor network,
• providing regular technical and commercial consulting and servicing existing customers,
• preparing individual commercial offers and pricing calculations,
• conducting commercial negotiations,
• monitoring competitors’ activities and identifying new business opportunities,
• regularly reporting results and activities to management.

Requirements:

We are looking for a person who:

• has a university degree (preferably in business/sales or a technical field),
• has experience in selling technical products, this is a key requirement,
• experience in selling products for the rope industry, rope equipment, or related industrial solutions is an advantage,
• is fluent in English,
• has highly developed negotiation and communication skills,
• is able to build long-term customer relationships and identify their needs,
• is independent, goal-oriented, and focused on finding solutions,
• enjoys working in sales and having direct contact with customers,
• holds a category B driving licence,
• is willing to travel frequently for business, both domestically and internationally.
