At the core of the role
We are looking for experienced IT Business Analysts with solid telecommunications experience for long term collaboration project. The role is suited to professionals who have participated in transformation initiatives and can effectively bridge business needs with IT solutions.
Core skills you’ll bring
Skillfully analyse both functional and non-functional requirements
Demonstrate expertise in process modelling
Proficiently formulate data and object structures, define integration interface
Showcase expertise in UML/BPMN
Navigate with ease using tools such as Enterprise Architect, Draw.io or PlantUML
Experience with graphic tools such as Figma, Visio, Axure would be considered as an advantage
Knowledge of SQL and basics of any programming language will be useful
Understanding the ins and outs of the telco sector
Advocate for the proposed solution and cultivate a collaborative relationship with the client
Exhibit proficiency in Czech or Slovak and English at a communicative level
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of any programming language is an advantage
The impact you'll create
Take responsibility for gathering, analyzing and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders
Your tasks will include creating wireframes, Use Cases, diagrams and documents
Create technical specifications for the development team, including the design of the integration interface, will be essential
Hands-on experience with web services and APIs (REST/SOAP), XML and JSON
Engage in daily communication with Architects and the development team
Presenting your solution to the client and managing changes during the project
Provide the support during creating tests and testing will be included

The guaranteed minimum salary for this position is €2,900 gross per month. The final salary is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate’s seniority, relevant professional experience, technical skills, qualifications, and level of expertise. The offered compensation will reflect the candidate’s overall profile and the level of responsibility associated with the role
