This role partners with Manufacturing, Materials, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Customer Experience, Data, and IT leaders to translate business priorities into scalable processes, clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and sustainable technology-enabled solutions.
The Process Delivery Manager operates as a strategic partner to business leadership, working directly within operational functions to identify high-value problems, frame opportunities, and translate business needs into practical process, data, technology, and AI-enabled solutions. The role provides hands-on leadership from problem discovery and solution definition through implementation, adoption, and measurable value realization.
Your Responsibilities:
- -Lead a portfolio of business process improvement and operational transformation initiatives across manufacturing and enterprise value streams.
- -Establish initiative scope, objectives, governance, success measures, delivery plans, resource needs, and decision rights in partnership with business and technology leaders.
- -Assess current-state processes, data flows, roles, controls, and system interactions to identify root causes, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization or automation.
- -Design and govern future-state processes, including policies, procedures, process maps, work instructions, controls, role ownership, and escalation paths.
- -Facilitate executive and cross-functional workshops to drive decisions, resolve competing priorities, and build alignment on process, data, and technology changes.
- -Translate complex operational challenges into clear problem statements, solution options, prototypes, implementation plans, and executive recommendations.
- -Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, analysis, requirements development, process documentation, communications, and delivery planning
- -Provide program leadership across planning, requirements, design, testing, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement activities.
- -Identify responsible AI and automation opportunities across operational workflows, including decision support, knowledge access, process execution, exception management, and user productivity.
- -Manage delivery risks, dependencies, issues, milestones, budgets or vendor commitments, and communicate clear status, decisions, and escalation needs to leadership.
- -Partner with IT, Data, and solution teams to guide system enhancements, integrations, automation, reporting, and platform utilization while maintaining clear business ownership.
- -Define and monitor KPIs, adoption measures, operational controls, and value-realization metrics; use insights to prioritize corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- -Lead change-management and adoption planning, including stakeholder analysis, communications, role-based training, readiness assessments, support models, and reinforcement activities.
- -Build process capability within the organization by coaching project team members, process owners, subject-matter experts, and operational leaders on standard methods and governance expectations.
- -Provide leadership, coaching, prioritization, and performance guidance to assigned employees, contractors, or matrixed project resources, as applicable.
- -Own and maintain the integrated venture roadmap, including Epics, capability sequencing, milestones, dependencies, decision logs, change logs, risks, commitments, and supporting action plans, ensuring leadership has a clear and current view of scope, priorities, delivery status, and business readiness.
- -Convert approved business priorities into clearly defined Epics and actionable delivery plans with objectives, scope, expected value, acceptance criteria, milestones, dependencies, accountable owners, target timing, and readiness measures; ensure action plans remain aligned with roadmap priorities and are updated as decisions or sequencing change.
- -Establish and facilitate the governance cadence for Customer Council, cross-functional working sessions, executive reviews, and site-level deployment activities; ensure decisions, actions, and owners are documented and followed through.
- -Partner with operational leaders to define the business problems the venture will address, confirm solution boundaries, prioritize capabilities and Epics, and align each roadmap phase to measurable outcomes and approved use cases.
- -Lead site and capability readiness assessments before expansion, including process maturity, data availability, resource capacity, stakeholder ownership, training, support, and measurable success criteria.
- -Oversee platform adoption and change enablement, including user onboarding, persona-based training, communications, local ownership, workflow transition, support, and reinforcement of new operating practices.
- -Coordinate business administration of platform policies, routing, approvals, notifications, permissions, plant configuration, membership, and other governance settings; ensure accountable owners and controls are maintained.
- -Partner with Data, IT, Security, and operational teams to align data access, authoritative calculations, transformations, retention, controls, integration needs, data quality, and long-term support for venture solutions.
- -Define and monitor adoption, process, operational, and value-realization KPIs such as workflow usage, schedule stability, readiness, service performance, inventory, capacity, or other approved measures; ensure baselines and measurement methods are agreed before scaling.
- -Manage the external partnership with a balanced focus on collaboration and accountability, including roadmap discipline, deliverable acceptance, issue resolution, service expectations, resource alignment, and transparent escalation of risks or missed commitments.
- -Coordinate testing, release readiness, deployment approval, stabilization, and support for new venture capabilities and site rollouts, ensuring technical deployment is matched by operational readiness and sustained adoption.
