IT Specialist

JOB SUMMARY: Provides IT support to ensure efficient operation of the properties and office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.

• Support common business and productivity software.
• Answer questions and resolve computer problems in person, by telephone, or electronically.
• Responsible for providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, electronic mail, and operating systems.
• Responsible for hardware purchasing and installation.
• Responsible for Microsoft 365 support.
• Responsible for support of mobile device management (purchases and repair).
• Support user management and provisioning within software programs (i.e., M365, Yardi).

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
