IT Support Technician

What you'll be doing:

• Provide first- and second-line on-site technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, LAN connectivity, and meeting room equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Support local IT infrastructure and manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system.
• Follow up on tickets until resolution and coordinate with internal or external technical teams.
• Travel across Madeira to provide on-site support.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Proven experience in on-site IT support within a corporate environment.
• Good knowledge of Windows Client, Microsoft 365, and LAN networking.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Valid driving licence and availability to travel across Madeira.
