Position:
IT Support
Responsibilities:
- Helpdesk support to internal users;
- Assisted clients with general support for hardware, peripherals, network connections, and internal software;
- Good customer and vendor handling skills
Requirements:
- at least 3 years of experience in Technical Field all rounded IT support in the office;
- Candidates must be highly fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
- preferably with solid large scale IT end user support experience with remote support tools.
