IT Systems Administrator (m/w/d)

This is a hybrid position, split roughly evenly between network/infrastructure work and broader IT systems management. You'll need to be genuinely comfortable switching between hands-on technical work in the field and day-to-day systems/support responsibilities.

  • Support the rollout of retail IT projects, from planning to on-site deployment
  • Implementation and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, safes, access control)

IT Systems & Support (approx. 50%)

  • Oversee server and client systems (Windows, Office 365, SharePoint) and coordinate with external service providers to maintain high-quality technical standards
  • First- and second-level support and service management for employee requests
  • Administration of end devices and user lifecycle management (Asana, Jamf)
  • Support for payment systems and the merchandise management system (CEGID Retail)
  • Disaster recovery planning, backup management, and data recovery
  • Compliance with the Group's security and data protection regulations

What you need to succeed with us

  • A college degree in IT or comparable IT training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in system administration, including solid hands-on experience with network infrastructure (Cisco)
  • Comfortable moving between field-based technical work and remote/office-based systems management
  • Willingness to travel regularly to boutique locations
  • An analytical, solution-oriented work style, with the ability to set clear priorities autonomously
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical staff
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Enthusiasm for the retail environment
