Role Overview:
Seeking a JD Edwards ERP Specialist with a solid background in the Sales module ready to enhance ERP systems and streamline business processes. Engage in the entire development lifecycle; from inception to implementation and governance. Become part of a collaborative team supporting ERP initiatives across various European locations.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide expert analysis and support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1)
Participate in workshops, identify issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with project managers on timelines
Review and prioritize improvement suggestions; develop business cases and implement changes
Analyze order flows, address issues, and resolve transactional inconsistencies
Handle occasional third-level support and recommend long-term problem solutions
Produce high-quality documentation including user training materials and design documentation
Utilize modern E1 technologies such as Orchestrator and BI Publisher reports
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1), specifically in the Sales module
Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and related workflows
Experience in international environments (consulting or multiple E1 implementations is a plus)
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement
C1 English Level
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with order intake processes including EDI and web order interfaces
Understanding of advanced pricing and preferences
Other Details:
Position based in Porto, Portugal, with a mix of onsite and remote work. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate from Brazil.
