Jeep Business Planning, Chief of Staff & AI Transformation Lead
Description
About the Role
We're looking for a Business Planning Chief of Staff to serve as strategic advisor to the Jeep Brand CEO and a key member of the Jeep Brand Operations Leadership Team. You'll organize and manage the Jeep five-year business plan, run executive governance and the leadership operating cadence, and drive accountability for revenue growth, market share, launch readiness, customer experience, and profitability across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Network Performance, Customer Experience, and Brand Operations.
You'll also be Jeep's AI Transformation Lead: the "red thread" connecting AI across Jeep Strategy, Marketing, Go-to-Market, Market Intelligence, Communications, Reporting, Product, Sales, and Operations. Just as importantly, you'll lead the change management that turns AI pilots into how Jeep actually works.
This role holds a dotted-line relationship to the North America AI Transformation Office as the Jeep Brand's AI lead within the NA AI network. The Office sets enterprise AI standards, platforms, tooling, risk policy, and governance; you own Jeep use-case prioritization, adoption, and value realization within that framework, and you report Jeep's AI pipeline and results back to the Office.
This role leads through influence. You'll partner with, the SVP of Jeep Product, the Jeep Vice Presidents, and the VP of Brand Operations, and you'll work closely with the NA AI Transformation Office's AI Product Owners, AI Governance & Performance Lead, and AI Academy.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Business Planning
- Act as strategic advisor to the Jeep Brand CEO on business priorities, operational challenges, organizational effectiveness, and long-term growth strategies
- Organize, develop, and manage the Jeep five-year business plan across all departments, connecting long-range strategy with annual objectives, operating plans, resource requirements, performance measures, and execution priorities
- Lead the development and execution of Jeep strategic plans, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, market performance targets, and enterprise priorities
- Translate strategic priorities into measurable objectives, departmental plans, resource requirements, key milestones, and executive accountabilities
- Ensure alignment between the five-year strategy, annual operating plan, product portfolio, go-to-market priorities, financial commitments, and organizational capabilities
- Drive executive governance processes across Jeep, ensuring disciplined decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and accountability
- Establish and monitor KPIs, business scorecards, and executive dashboards to assess organizational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead executive action tracking to ensure timely execution of strategic commitments and leadership decisions
Executive Leadership & Organizational Alignment
- Serve as the primary coordinator and integrator across Jeep leadership, facilitating alignment between Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors, and key cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead the leadership team operating cadence, including staff meetings, business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and organizational communications
- Identify and resolve organizational barriers to execution, elevating critical issues and recommendations to the CEO
- Provide the CEO and leadership team with a consolidated view of business performance, emerging market signals, organizational dependencies, and recommended actions
- Lead through influence across stakeholders who do not report to the role, creating clarity on decisions, ownership, deliverables, and timing
Product Launch & Commercial Readiness
- Coordinate Jeep launch governance on behalf of the CEO, leading executive reviews of launch milestones, risk assessments, recovery plans, and commercialization activities
- Engage leadership across Product Planning, Brand Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance to address risks early and accelerate decision-making
- Ensure launch activities align with volume, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction objectives
- Bring AI-enabled demand forecasting, market sensing, and early risk signals into launch-readiness reviews
Executive Communications & Board-Level Reporting
- Lead development of executive presentations, strategic narratives, and governance materials for Monthly Operating Reviews, Commercial Committee Reviews, Product Committee, Industrial Committee, Brand CEO Reviews, National Dealer Council meetings, Stellantis Leadership Team Reviews, and Board of Directors Reviews
- Synthesize complex business information into concise executive recommendations that highlight risks, opportunities, and strategic implications
- Develop integrated narratives that connect business performance, market intelligence, customer insights, competitive developments, strategic priorities, and recommended actions
Cross-Functional Business Transformation
- Lead high-impact strategic initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, organizational performance, and customer outcomes
- Facilitate collaboration across Jeep and Stellantis to drive sales growth initiatives, quality improvement actions, customer experience enhancements, and performance recovery plans
- Champion continuous improvement through process optimization, enhanced reporting, and reduced duplicative work
- Drive special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the Jeep Brand CEO
Customer Experience & Quality Governance
- Lead governance reviews of quality performance, warranty, field issue escalations, and customer satisfaction indicators on behalf of the CEO
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Experience teams to ensure timely identification and resolution of customer-impacting issues
- Align brand leaders on mitigation strategies, launch quality performance, and customer retention initiatives
- Connect customer, dealer, warranty, market, and operational insights into a comprehensive view of business performance and customer-impacting risks
AI Transformation
- Serve as the Jeep AI Transformation Lead and primary AI champion, representing the Jeep Brand to the NA AI Transformation Office
- Develop and maintain Jeep’s business AI demand roadmap in partnership with the NA AI Transformation Office, representing Jeep priorities, business value, readiness, and adoption requirements within the enterprise portfolio process
- Identify, assess, and recommend high-value Jeep AI use cases; develop the supporting business case, business requirements, adoption plan, and value measures; and route approved opportunities through the NA AI Transformation Office intake and prioritization process
- Apply NA AI Transformation Office standards, platforms, and risk policy, translate enterprise AI standards into Jeep-specific operating guidance and workflows, without establishing separate technical, governance, or platform standards
- Sponsor and integrate validated AI-enabled insights, forecasting, and scenario modeling into Jeep business planning, working with the NA AI Transformation Office and approved technical teams on solution design, validation, and deployment
- Track the Jeep AI pipeline, adoption, and realized value, and report results to the CEO and the NA AI Transformation Office
- Partner across Stellantis to reuse existing capabilities and avoid fragmented or duplicative AI solutions
Change Management & Team Leadership
- Jeep-specific business change and adoption activities for approved AI solutions, using enterprise change, training, governance, and measurement frameworks provided by the NA AI Transformation Office and AI Academy
- Work with function leaders to redesign workflows and roles as AI takes on work, keeping human judgment and accountability clear
- Build a network of AI change champions across Jeep functions and run the communications plan that keeps teams informed and engaged
- Partner with the NA AI Academy to assess Jeep capability needs, tailor enterprise-approved learning to Jeep business contexts, coordinate participation, and reinforce application within Jeep workflows. The AI Academy retains ownership of curriculum, certification, and training standards
- Surface and address resistance and adoption barriers early, and track post-launch adoption (usage, time saved, process change) so initiatives move from pilot to sustained use
