Jefe de Proyecto (Project Manager)

Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met.
- This role requires strong coordination across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define project plans, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage project scope, risks, budget, and timelines.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, design, infrastructure).
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience managing technology projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Technical Stack / Tools:
- MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello.
- Confluence or SharePoint for documentation.
- Basic understanding of software architecture and cloud environments.
