Job Coach/QA

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Claims Quality Assurance Coach who will assist new employees in their transition to the Modivcare work environment and provides ongoing support for existing employees by providing on the floor assistance in techniques for meeting required metrics through side-by-side observations, work review, and providing feedback. You will set up new employees in the Learning Management System (LMS), facilitating new hire training, monitoring training progress, and performing quality monitors during training. You will report to the Claims management team.

You will...

• Review all invoices with an underpayment or overpayment of a specific amount set by the department
• Complete evaluations for each invoice reviewed
• Sit with employees to conduct ongoing, side-by-side monitoring of work output
• Provide immediate feedback regarding quality, production and job knowledge
• Deliver informal coaching to employees on the floor and as requested by management
• Report any information to corporate training and local training department regarding necessary or recommended adjustments to training curriculum based on interactions and observed deficiencies
• Show employees on how to correctly file invoices for Iron Mountain Storage

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 3+ years experience in data processing
• 10-key experience
• Type 35wpm
• Knowledge of LCAD system

Salary: Starting at $14.33/hour
