About Nomios

Nomios is a leading provider of cybersecurity and networking solutions across Europe, partnering with top-tier vendors such as Juniper Networks, Palo Alto Networks, Nokia, Cisco, Fortinet and HPE. As experts in zero-trust, SASE, SD-WAN and XDR, we help businesses build secure, high-performance digital environments. Our vendor portfolio keeps growing, and with it the operational work needed to keep every partnership running smoothly. That's why we're looking for a Junior Partner Manager to join our team in Zoeterwoude.

The Role:

As Junior Partner Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operational work for a defined set of smaller, less strategic vendor partnerships. You'll keep deal registrations, certifications, partner portals and vendor content running accurately and on time, working closely with our Partner Manager and with sales, presales and marketing colleagues. This role is a great way to build a strong foundation in vendor and partner management: the focus is on operational execution rather than strategic vendor leadership, and you'll be supported as you grow into that side of the role over time.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day operational tasks for an assigned set of vendor partnerships, such as deal registration, portal administration and reporting.

• Register and track deals in vendor systems, connecting them to marketing initiatives where relevant.

• Support Market Development Fund (MDF) administration: submitting requests, tracking usage and handling claims.

• Keep track of sales and presales certification requirements for your vendors, and help coordinate training and renewals.

• Administer partner portals for your vendors: managing user access, onboarding and offboarding, and keeping records up to date.

• Maintain vendor pages and assets on our website and SharePoint intranet, keeping them accurate and up to date in Dutch and English.

• Help prepare data and materials for vendor meetings and business reviews.

• Flag issues, delays or opportunities to the Partner Manager, and support broader GTM and marketing activities as needed.

What You Bring:

• A relevant degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.

• Some initial experience (e.g. an internship, working student role, or first job) in an administrative, sales support or vendor-facing role is a plus, but not required.

• An interest in the cybersecurity and networking industry.

• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail — comfortable juggling several small tasks across different vendors at once.

• Comfortable picking up new systems and tools (e.g. CRM or project management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Asana).

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.

What We Offer:

• A hands-on role at a fast-growing cybersecurity and networking leader across Europe.

• A structured path to grow into a broader Partner Manager role as you gain experience.

• A competitive salary and benefits package, including support for professional development.

• A collaborative culture focused on learning, ownership and growth.

• Direct exposure to leading technology vendors from day one.
