Junior Accountant

Job Description

The Junior Accountant will manage daily accounting operations, perform bank and corporate funds reconciliations, process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and support monthly management reporting. The role will also participate in finance process improvements, ERP implementation, and reconciliation automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounting Assistant or Junior Accountant role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Russian and English (both oral and written)
  
  Responsibilities

• Daily update and maintenance of accounting records- invoice collection, submission and processing

• Reconciliation of statements(сorporate funds)

• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

• Execute and record payment and bank transactions

• Maintain communication with both internal and external parties

• Assist the accounting team with other ad-hoc tasks requested by management
  
  Nice to have

• Excel advanced certificate

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Odoo, etc.) and automated reconciliation platforms.
