Junior Data Architect

### **Overview** You will join the HR & ERP People Application Platform within the Governance Functions Domain of Group Technology. You will be responsible for designing and defining application and architectural solutions supporting the HR area of Intesa Sanpaolo, one of the largest private employers in Italy. You will contribute to the evolution of HR systems by integrating modern cloud and on-premise solutions from market leaders. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate the suppliers who will support you in the role. ### **What you will do** - Design, define and contribute to the evolution of data architecture solutions for HR digital transformation - Collaborate with the Design Authority team in the Data Governance process, ensuring alignment with the architecture and the sustainability of solutions - Govern the data model and data retention in compliance with company regulations - Manage relationships with HR business owners for requirements analysis, and with other internal and external stakeholders involved in business and project processes - Collaborate with Project Managers to define Work Progress Reports (SAL), identify and address critical issues, and proactively manage project risks - Ensure that the project activities managed are consistent with company standards and regulations, with reference to, for example, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Change Management, Data Management and Data Governance ### **Who we are looking for** If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you: - 1-3 years of experience in the role, ideally with knowledge of the HR domain - Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM disciplines - Experience in defining and evaluating data architectures - Knowledge of data modelling tools and principles - Knowledge of database architectures, analytics and integration models within information systems - Knowledge of Data Quality and Data Governance methodologies - Experience in optimising and validating estimates and project plans in the data domain - Minimum English level B1 The following experience is a preferred qualification: - Databricks - PowerBI - SQL language - SAP BDC and SAP Datasphere - SAP BW and SAP BO - HR functional context - Intesa Sanpaolo work context - Having completed study and/or work paths in an international setting ### **What we offer** - Gross annual salary starting from €35.650 - The Group provides a variable component of remuneration as regulated by the Remuneration Policies available on the Group website - Complementary elements governed by the National Collective Labour Agreement for Credit and second-level company agreements - Professional development initiatives supporting the growth of our people - Wide training offer through the Corporate Academy, dedicated to the continuous development of professional, managerial and transversal skills at all levels - Possibility to opt for flexible work and the 4x9 compressed week - Modern and integrated corporate welfare system ( [link](https://group.intesasanpaolo.com/it/careers/perche-intesa-sanpaolo/welfare-e-benefit)) - Health coverage and supplementary pension from the date of hiring - Benefits on the Group's banking products and services ### **About us** We are leaders in Italy and one of the main banking groups in Europe.
