  • Present work in reviews and incorporate feedback from Creative Leads, project teams and clients.
  • Prepare, package and hand off files for production according to project standards.
  • Participate in project briefings and working sessions, track next steps and communicate progress or questions early.
  • Review work for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before sharing or publishing.
  • Organize assigned work, meet deadlines and coordinate priorities with project teams.

Qualifications

  • This is an entry-level opportunity. Relevant experience may come from academic projects, internships, freelance work or other design experience; prior full-time agency experience is not required.

  • Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint, with the skills to contribute effectively to the team’s design work. Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual composition.
  • Ability to design presentations in PowerPoint and use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools, or a willingness to learn.

Preferred qualifications

  • Agency internship or other experience supporting design projects.
