Junior Finance Specialist - CFO Services

• 1-3 years of experience in Finance roles such as GL accountant, R2R / P2P specialist or financial controller.
• Ability to navigate financials through the key controlling and finance reports (e.g.: BS, P&L, CF tables)
• Experience with the financial close, consolidation and reporting processes
• Gained some insight into or supported controlling function, including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and profitability analysis at various levels (branch, product, customer).
• Experience with data analytics and ability to work with databases and BI tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Hungarian is required.
• Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

It is an advantage if you have

• Deeper experience and understanding with a specific business area or industry, such as with controlling or FP&A at Financial Institutions or plant controlling roles at manufacturing companies.
• Supporting or taking role in Financial projects. Certifications such as PMI-CPAM or Prince2 are a plus.
• Experience with supporting system implementation initiatives
• Participated already in Continuous Improvement or BPR projects/initiatives.
• Big 4 consulting experience with FSI or corporate clients.
• Completed or ongoing Finance qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience with platforms such as SAP, Workiva, Power BI, or consolidation/planning solutions.
