Description
You will control expenses, reconcile bank, card, and crypto-wallet activity, manage invoices, and execute payments. You will support month-end close, maintain crypto-operation KPIs, prepare cash-flow and management reports, and perform financial analyses while ensuring policy compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily expense control and bank, card, and crypto-wallet reconciliations
- Collect and file invoices and receipts
- Prepare and execute payments while enforcing approval flows and policy compliance
- Perform three-way matching and maintain the payment calendar and cash-out forecast
- Support month-end close activities
- Maintain and report KPIs for crypto operations
- Produce cash-flow reports, management packs, and financial analyses
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Finance or Controlling
- Background in treasury operations, AP/AR management, reconciliations, invoice collection, and policy compliance
- Experience coordinating outsourced accounting providers
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and familiarity with BI tools
- Ability to work with Wise, Stripe, banking portals, and expense systems
- Fluency in English and Spanish
