About the role

You will take care of our existing clients, mostly global pharma and life sciences companies. Your job is to make sure they stay with us and grow with us. You identify new needs within each account and sell additional services (cross-selling and upselling).

You will work closely with our Delivery Managers and the Head of Growth. This is an active sales role, not an account administration role.

This role is not for you if:

You prefer to manage relationships without sales targets.
Your experience is mainly in transactional or high-volume sales.
You can't show concrete results from your past roles.

Our offer:

Fully remote work, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones and align working hours with key client needs.
A strategic account management role with real ownership - you build and grow long-term partnerships with global pharma and life sciences clients.
Direct influence on revenue stability and expansion through cross-sells, upsells, and executive-level relationship building.
Close collaboration with Delivery Managers and Growth leadership to ensure clients experience consistent value and choose Appsilon as a long-term partner.
Competitive B2B compensation aligned with experience, responsibility, and business impact, with clear and transparent terms.
Time and budget for continuous professional development, including life sciences domain knowledge, negotiation skills, and industry events.
Exposure to senior stakeholders and decision-makers at leading pharma organizations, with opportunities to strengthen your consulting and advisory profile.
Modern equipment (MacBook or ThinkPad) and tools that support effective, remote-first account management.
A remote-first, trust-based culture built on ownership, accountability, and partnership - internally and with clients.
