ChillBase studio is an independent and innovative player in the gaming industry. We’re fueled by our passion for crafting outstanding products. We’re creating OneState, a mobile social RP game built in Unity. Our art team is facing ambitious challenges as we develop the project with a realistic approach and high standards for visual quality and technical solutions. We use modern technologies and tools, continuously refining our pipelines and aiming for the highest level of quality and immersion.

Expectations

What we want to see

• 3+ years of experience leading an animation team

• Deep understanding of realistic animation and hands-on experience adapting it for Mobile, PC, and Console

• Strong technical expertise (state machines, blending, retargeting, IK/FK)

• Proven ability to create and maintain living Animation Style Guides

• Experience in team development and managing outsourcers (vendor selection, task assignment, quality control)

Additionally, it would be great to have

• Hands-on experience with motion capture and mocap cleanup

• Proficiency in creating animations using Maya

• Active use of modern tools and AI to optimize workflows

• Strong industry network and the ability to attract external experts

What you will be doing

• Lead and develop the animation team, set up efficient processes, and foster autonomy and professional growth

• Implement and enforce quality standards for all animations across all target platforms

• Optimize the animation pipeline, identify, and integrate new tools and approaches

• Act as a key partner for Production, Art Direction, and Technical teams
