Lead Business Operations

You will run the business cadence, including planning, goal-setting, reviews, leadership updates, and performance reporting. You will automate workflows, improve partner launches, integrate new products and acquired businesses, and lead cross-functional strategic projects.

• Run business cadence, including planning, goal-setting, reviews, leadership updates, and performance tracking
• Automate manual workflows with AI and integrations
• Improve and standardize the partner launch process
• Integrate new products and acquired businesses into operating rhythms
• Lead critical cross-functional strategic projects

Requirements

• 4+ years of BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or similar experience
• In-house experience at a payments, fintech, financial services, or crypto company
• Experience owning processes end to end
• Experience using AI tools, scripts, or no-code automation
• Clear cross-functional communication
• Data analysis and attention to detail
