This is a leadership-level remote role ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is capable of taking ownership from development to production deployment. --- ### **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead technical development across complex software projects with a strong focus on scalability and performance. - Work hands-on with Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to develop, deploy, and scale robust applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement critical features and functionality. - Take ownership of solutions implemented by other team members and ensure successful production delivery. - Drive best practices in code quality, architecture, testing, and deployment. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture. --- ### **Requirements:** - **8+ years** of software development experience with proven leadership in technical roles. - **Strong expertise in Python** development, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code. - Solid experience with **cloud platforms** such as **AWS** or **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. - Deep understanding of building **scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise or consumer applications**. - Experience in CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and DevOps practices is a plus. - Ability to iterate quickly and deliver in agile environments. - Experience in Gen AI. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
