Lead Residential Commercial HVAC Installer in Spring Lake

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of installations from start to finish while mentoring a skilled crew. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee full HVAC system installations in residential and light commercial settings
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment specifications
• Mentor and guide junior installers and apprentices on job sites
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate job completion
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial clients on-site

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Prior lead or supervisory experience on installation crews
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Strong knowledge of ductwork fabrication, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections
• Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
