We're looking for an experienced Software Engineering & Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead who enjoys combining strong engineering practices with operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and automated quality assurance practices.
- Experience working in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), production operations, or platform engineering environments.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release automation.
- Solid understanding of scalability, availability, resiliency, and performance engineering.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with observability platforms like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, or Splunk.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevSecOps environments.
